Policy - Private Pool Parties: (last updated November, 2011)

  1. Private parties are allowed during regular operating hours under the following conditions:
    1. The party host must be a member of our subdivision
    2. parties are limited to 10 or fewer guests
    3. participants that live outside the subdivision must pay the guest fee ($3.00 per person)
    4. parties will not receive any special pool privileges (partiers must coexist with regular guests)
    5. pre-approval for these parties is not required
    6. prearrangement with the lifeguard company is not required
  2. Private parties are allowed after regular operating hours under the following conditions:
    1. The party host must be a member of our subdivision
    2. parties are limited to 50 or fewer guests
    3. Parties can only be held on Friday and Saturday nights between 9:00-11:00 pm.
    4. Pre-approval for these parties is required
    5. Parties must be scheduled with the lifeguard company
    6. The subdivision fee for private parties is $100.00
    7. The lifeguard fee for private parties is based on the number of guests.
    8. Parties are not officially scheduled until fees have been received
    9. Loud music or other excessive noise will not be permitted during private parties

Policy - Pool Privileges for Renters:  In an effort to be fair, we will allow subdivision homeowner to transfer pool privileges to their renters.  To affect this transfer, homeowners will need to complete a request form (below), have it notarized, and submitted it to Subdivision Trustees for approval.  The terms of the transfer are very specific so please read the form carefully.  If homeowners do not wish to transfer their pool privileges, the renters are welcome to purchase an outside membership.

 

Pool Fees:  

  1. Daily guest membership: the amount charged to bring one guest into the pool for one day ($3.00 per guest).
  2. Outside membership: the fee charged for pool privileges to a family that does not live in our subdivision ($190.00 per family). To become an outside member, please submit your payment with the application form (below).
  3. To avoid any delay, please ensure that your assessment has been paid well in advance of the pool season.

Behavior: 

  1. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a person 13 years of age or older.
  2. Members who bring guests into the pool will be held responsible for any misconduct by the guest.
  3. Allowing a non-member to use your name for entry to the pool constitutes misconduct.
  4. Fighting, spitting, harsh language and overt adult intimacy are inappropriate behavior and constitute misconduct. 
  5. Any willful destruction of property will be reported to police and could be prosecuted.
  6. Conduct at the pool should be appropriate for the presence of families and children.
  7. Misconduct - as witnessed by trustees, or confirmed after investigation of multiple patron complaints - will not be tolerated and could result in termination of pool membership for the season
