	Financial Information   Annual Assessments:  We assess reasonable dues to operate and maintain our subdivision.  Assessment invoices are mailed to homeowners in the spring; payment is due in full by March 31 of that same year.  Questions about paying your assessment should be directed to City and Village Tax Office.   Our most recent annual financial statement is provided in documents below.
