Welcome
We hope our current residents will find this website useful and informative. If you have just moved in, let us be among the first to welcome you and wish you an enjoyable and neighborly stay in Westglen Village and South Subdivision. If you are considering a move here, we hope this website will provide you with the information you seek to help make that decision. Our subdivision is located in the southwest corner of the city of Ballwin, in St. Louis County, Missouri. We are 492 single family homes with an 80 unit apartment complex. We have several areas of attractive common ground and a subdivision swimming pool.
Our Subdivision boundaries (see Subdivision Map below)
North: Reinke Road.
South: Northern boundary of Ferris Park.
East: Through the common ground located east of Walnut Point Ct. cul-de-sac and west of Great Hill cul-de-sac.
West: Through the common ground located between Village Brook Ct. cul-de-sac and Alverston Ct.
Keeping you informed
We issue two newsletters each year and have two public subdivision meetings. Ideas for improvements to the subdivision and to this website are always welcome and appreciated.
